      Pros

      Less hours than normal retail. Good discount on products.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. The back office people in charge of Payroll, HR, and Shopgoodwill are horrible! They don't care and it shows!

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
