      Production staff and DAs were good employees

      Cons

      District manager was a bully and manager was her puppet, was expected to work 6 day weeks so although salaried, worked out under minimum wage per hour when calculating hours vs wage

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
