Pros
none, don't waste your time trying to apply here
Cons
- Micromanagement in the Finance dept. They don't give proper training to new managers and then those new managers end up managing 5-6 people on the team with no experience and eventually micromanaging everything. They try to squeeze everything out of you and expect you to go above and beyond like you're in the leadership team. - The company changes managers, VPs and Directors like clothes. I've had 2 VP changes, 2 Director changes, and a 2 manager changes in the time I've been here. With these changes, they have different directions of where they want to take the company, and the work gets loaded into the analyst. - The work feels so boring and you feel so stagnant. You want to question what you're doing with your life. Grainger is not what it used to be, because they are facing challenges
