      Flexibility, easy going culture, kind people all and all, mostly helpful staff, very laid back dress code, fun atmosphere for the most part

      Cons

      Unless you are an engineer or that you have a significant amount of work experience with other start-ups, you are not getting equity in the firm at this point.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well
