      - teams take advantage of unlimited PTO - teammates are typically very welcoming and helpful

      Cons

      - cross-functional work is nearly impossible bc no one’s KPI’s really line up - US jobs keep being laid off and refilled in the Czech Republic, Poland, and India - Salary and bonus are below market value

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well
