      I've found an amazing set of people as my teammates where each opinion is considered of high importance. I feel the impact the company has whenever I take a decision. I feel empowered to work here.

      Cons

      There are decisions taken by other members which impact IT as those are not discussed with us beforehand. These needs to be changed.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well
