Pros
401K Climate controlled hangars Company toolboxes Safe work environment Vision, dental, and life Ins policies are still good. The medial has been replaced by a horrible high deductible HSA (ObamaCare) plan.
Cons
Marginal pay Medical plan is horrible-Most employees DO NOT LIKE IT, don't believe anything else you hear. Over burdened with micro-management and several layers of middle managers When the company needs to make cutbacks to make stockholders happy, they take from the hourly employees but leadership still make huge yearly bonuses.
