They "revamp" the software every year, but always take the lowest bid for the programming. The programmers do not know taxes, therefore it is full of errors. They give unrealistic expectations to new hires. Expect to be paid minimum wage for the first three years, minimum. I didn't get paid over $20 per hour until my 9th year. They don't pay managers a reasonable wage, and set unreal goals, which means managers will not get their bonus.
