DGM doesn’t micromanage, and if you’re sick you don’t lose any pay.
Cons
No room for growth, salary does not match current economy, or workload. Rude employees, they’ll expect the most out of you but pay you pennies and expect all of your work to be done with little to no staff to do what needs to be done.
