      Innovative thinking occurs and happens with seasoned, experienced leadership in design. In conjunction with young designers some good projects are implemented.

      Cons

      Some Project Managers are narrow in their vision of what can be successful design options to test with a client. The opportunities are shut down internally before the ideas reach the client.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
