Pros
It was a nice sized office with about 30 people. Highly collaborative projects, nice to work together with people of different backgrounds and expertise. Nice opportunity to work with a few people with 40 years of experience, experts (healthcare architecture) By being a hard worker and showing initiative, my responsibility level gradually increased.
Cons
Sometimes I wished I could have more involvement in the earlier stages of projects, which were usually done by the senior guys with little outside input.
