Pros

Some positions are better compensated than at other firms.

Cons

My impression is in this merger-crazy time, HDR is behaving like its competition by buying smaller companies that have decent projects and high-profile clientele. One shouldn't look for a job in corporate architecture with more that 5,000-person firms the craft of architecture and engineering is what one loves about their work.

Pros

Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

Cons

Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.
