Pros
Company has stock that can be invested once a year. Work / life balance is pretty good
Cons
Too political - the firm is becoming too corporate. Some of the older project managers need more training and do not understand how to run a project successfully - especially when it comes to understanding the limitations of how employee abilities and new software impacts their project. They simply expect younger employees to do the work even if they are not good with the software. Benefits and pay can be better.
