Fields of work were very "stove piped" with little or no movement across specialty areas to create hybrid capabilities and stronger teams.

Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

Cons

Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

Pros

Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

Cons

PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
