Pros
I think I would have had pros if they would have had me work in the Denver office like they promised at the beginning of employment. The benefits are great.
Cons
I you are being hired from another state, beware they may try to make your life miserable by not explain what they want clearly, especially if they don't like you. I recommend getting to know the coworkers the office first, because you will without a doubt work under more than one boss at a time. If you are not LDS, I recommend looking else where.
