      Pros

      -Great 401K retirement plan -Many opportunities for young staff to grow -Great senior staff to train young staff -The people are great and makes coming to work better

      Cons

      -Not sure if the pay is competitive -Not a great parental leave plan (2 weeks for Men and 3 weeks for Women) -Keeping utilization percentage above standard can be tough sometimes. Utilization is the amount of billable projects that is charge to by the employee

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
