      The Employee-Owned 401k is amazing.

      Cons

      IT has little advancement and is not given proper salary compensation. IT is not able to achieve titles such as VP. VP and above receive special perks.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices
