Good administrative and technical support. Good provision of resources. Flexible working schedule generally permitted. Good level of internal experience within employee base. Good office culture (friendly, collaborative).
Cons
Lack of mentoring - often given no guidance or oversight on new tasks. Lousy projects and clients (mostly City of Detroit). Lack of career opportunities. Office felt like a revolving mix of desperate, recently graduated students. Office did not feel financially secure, and that anyone could be dismissed at any time.
