    Pros

Management listens, many have been with the company for a long time, well established in many respects

There are ways to keep up your loyalty to the employees without causing the projects to suffer. These ways need to be explored so that the company's reputation doesn't suffer.

    Pros

Large projects that give you the ability learn and grow your career. Several talented employees with expert knowledge.

    Cons

Not much of an emphasis on work / life balance. All about the OT so the company can make more. Stock program is scary. One bad project can kill the stock in one year.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people you have and treat them well so they want to stay.

I worked at HNTB full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most of the people I dealt with were great, but my boss wanted me to have a complete understanding of 6 systems within 6 days of 1/2 day training, when I didn't he threatened to fire me. He did this to the previous employee who quit after 2 weeks.

    Cons

If you want to have a family life forget about it. They expect 24 7.

    Advice to Management

You need to take a hard look at areas in your company that has a large turnaround. When you invest in people and they are leaving after a short time. There are issues and Management training needs to be looked at.
