      Pros

      If you get a good manager, you are fine. There are a lot of interesting projects. Unfortunately they go to the favorites, no room for the new guy.

      There is no respect for the new worker, and everyone is job number scroungers

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
