Pros

company benefits and salary are good, but team morale at its lowest

Cons

never thought i would experience sexism as a female in HR, and the arrogance from leaders that *direct teams. Executive leadership (VP's and above) need to bring in a neutral consulting company to do an investigation on what's happening in the HR teams. how females are being bossed around and passed up for opportunities and sexist arrogant jerks are allowed to be so disrespectful. its just appalling that its happening in HR out of all of the teams. At first i chucked it up to arrogance/ignorace/and lack of experience of a director, but then i realized its just discusting. CREEPY. before this company ends up with a lawsuit, they need to figure how its decaying starting with HR heads.

Pros

While the culture varies by office, I found the California offices to have a very friendly, collaborative, and energetic atmosphere. The company also puts genuine effort into its internal events, consistently investing time and resources to make them well organized and enjoyable for employees. In addition, there is a strong culture of continuous learning. Employees are encouraged to develop new skills, and the company provides meaningful support for professional growth and ongoing development.

Cons

It used to be a great company, but its rapid expansion has made the organization feel less structured and less efficient. Compared with many other firms, the workload is exceptionally heavy, and there is a strong expectation that employees will work through long, exhausting hours to meet demanding deadlines. Performance expectations are also very high. As a result, employee turnover is significant, and it is not uncommon for people to leave or even return to their previous employers.
