Pros

In terms of my department; we worked very well together and everyone supported everyone for the most part besides a few bad apples. There were a lot of office events and there was support in terms of learning more for your role. Certain managers were helpful and wanted to mold your growth.

Cons

My cons was with the leadership within the LA office. As certain department heads had more benefits than others depending on which managers wanted to kiss up to upper management. We had a in-office policy, but a good amount of department heads allowed their team to work from home 2-3x a week, however some department heads who wanted to kiss up to senior leadership made their team work in-office 5x a week. So depending on which department head you work for you might end up in-office 5x a week or 3x a week. Also there is huge favoritism in this office; I've never been in a job where someone is allowed to sexually harass and abuse others verbally AND get away with it for so long just because they're buddy buddy with their department head. There should be a no tolerance policy for incidents like that. This isn't just a one time incident, however there were multiple individuals who've made inappropriate comments to others with no repercussions. If you worked in the LA office from 2023 to 2024, you will definitely know these individuals. Upper management seems to be stuck in their own world and have no clue how their entry level staff operates. It seems that upper management expects everyone they encounter to read their mind. A lot of them come off as condescending, stand-offish, and unapproachable.. Some upper managers are understanding and want you to learn, but a good chunk of them treat you like trash if your salary isn't like a phone number.
