Pros

For the most part flexible

Cons

A TS budgeted hours are based on a 15 hours work week, however, you work 35 hours within the same week in RM services, Audits, Installations, etc. As a TS you work 40 hours a week plus more under these other budgets. However, Hallmark does not recognize this and you are not considered Full time. So no benefits. So I work on average 40 hours a week if not more and watch on my pay-stub PTO accruing that I never get to use. I'm afraid to take a little time off because I don't get paid. I've considered leaving the company many times, however, I feel like I would be abandoning my RMS and they are hardworking individuals who need a person to stand up and speak for them.

Pros

Great company and great people! Very thorough training program.

Cons

It can be hard work! Some stores don't have deliveries where they're suppose to be and you have to go searching. You have an allotted amount time to spend at each store.

Pros

You really set your own schedule but there is a mandatory break after around 4 hours of working. There's no one over you and you're pretty much doing your own thing which I appreciate. I'm still learning the ins and out as I am new but I love this job, overall. Its very unique.

Cons

This has nothing to do with other hallmark employees, they have all been great. A couple of employees at one of the stores I service aren't the most professional people and their actions have been unnecessary. Fortunately, all of the other stores I service have normal employees.
