Pros
This company is very good about giving raises, time off, and incentives like college reimbursement to full time employees. The two bonuses a year are great.
Cons
Part time employees barely have any benefits. After working here it seems like no matter how hard or long you work it is not good enough for the company or management and nothing is really appreciated.
