-Many Pharmacy District Supervisors are young, inexperienced, and power hungry. --Was told at interview by corporate "We are a great supermarket....but we don't do pharmacy well" .....That is an understatement. -Management preaches "customer service" but actually would rather you just do as your told, regardless, and keep quiet. -Technical problems abound -- phone systems, computer/Internet. - Disregard for DEA regulations, pharmacy law, and professional ethics. -Threats, bullying, antagonistic treatment from management.....and if you follow corporate guidelines for resolution..... they will terminate you for speaking up.
