Worked for Harris Teeter for 13 years and enjoyed the company structure. Harris Teeter company values are as black and white a company can have. The pay was real good and the benefits were also good.
Cons
The praise is high for good work but so is punishment if you make a mistake. The most common language and joke used at Harris Teeter is a hero one day and a zero the next. Everyone makes a mistake and Harris Teeter should learn this comes with the Business. Harris Teeter has alot of hard working associates and management who run the bare bones of the business and upper management should recognize their associates.
