Pros

Hmm what I liked about working at Harris Teeter is that the store stays nice and clean for the customers. Also I liked that it is really and truly a customer service establishment. no doubt!

Cons

The things I disliked while working there is that if you get a customer complaint none of the managers care to investigate and actually ask you-the worker what happened. They just assume the customer is telling the truth and give you a write up. I also dislike the fact that they are now hiring teenie boopers who could care less if they are scheduled to work and not show up. Not only that the managers don't even bother to write them up. Not all of the teenagers are like that but I would say 85% of the ones they hire are. Also I dislike that the company does not even request raises to those who chose to step up from a cashier/bagger to customer service.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
