Flexible working schedule The stores I work in, are fairly clean and inside. Most of the staff in the stores are friendly
Cons
Was a family oriented company when owned by Harris Teeter. Sense it merged with Kroger. It has not been family oriented and you basically become a number and not a valued employee There is no leader ship at all on the Facilities maintenance no training for the Refrigeration mechanics No more yearly meetings with entire team or any with the supervisor I work under.
