Pros

The people. The people are great to joke with and be comfortable around. This helps greatly in a high-stress environment.

Cons

Where do I begin... I was personally hired into Haworth as a resource on the SAP Project. Since my time at the company, and being a part in the SAP "implementation" (if thats what you want to call it), I have witnessed firsthand as the company's management has carelessly steered this project into the ground. They have done so with extremely over-the-top and unrealistic timelines, causing project resources to cram half-baked development/configuration into Productive environments and thus forming a whirlwind of chaos. Throughout this time, Haworth has also refused to pay for qualified SAP professionals, therefore leaving many ill experienced IT resources to struggle in stopping the bleeding and fallout from the entire mess. One of the most infuriating of the issues, is that Haworth has shelled hundreds of thousands of dollars on purchasing SAP software, hardware, and consultant hours for certain add-on SAP applications, and will then throw them out on a whim months later..... wasted money that could have been better spent in hiring qualified resources to do the job right the frst time. Zero Leadership/Project Vision/Scope PLUS Unrealistic Deadlines PLUS Underqualified Resources PLUS Wreckless Spending EQUALS = COMPLETE CHAOSS!!!!! Do yourself a favor SAP'iens - look elsewhere for an SAP job. Did I mention they pay peanuts for SAP Salaries too! I am talking 40-50% of what you can expect to make at a similar company for the same position in the same area (West MI)!
