      Pros

      Excellent opportunities to build a long term career with high quality classroom based and on the job training. Strong brand, database and back office systems further help equip you to run a successful business. Global company so plenty of opportunities to travel; that said a strong network of local offices with local employees a major part of business. A lot of long term staff - both consulting and management - with a strong supportive culture.

      Cons

      If you want to be very successful then you have to put in the effort - but is that not true of every career!

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
