Pros
- the commission scheme is good. if you do well, you can easily earn a monthly pay that is way above your peers who are of the same age. - they try to keep things interesting in the office by having various activities to drive performance and keep you entertained - good pantry - have various awards on a monthly and quarterly basis to keep you motivated - transparent career progression with lucrative increment for each jump.
Cons
- if you are not a KPI/action/sales driven person this may not be the place for you. high expectations are already upon you on Day 1 - they micromanage on a daily basis and if you don't hit your daily KPIs they will start to question you - you think your opinion matters but in actual fact, it doesn't. once management has decided on something, they will give you an option to "feedback" to voice out your opinions but eventually they will twist it back to their initial direction. - management is not flexible and do not take care of their employees mental/family wellbeing. they only think about themselves and do not think of the bigger picture. if you try to question them or push back, then your position or status in the company will be questioned.
