      Excellent wage and bonus structure along with a globally recognised brand. Excellent career development opportunities compared to other agencies on the market.

      Cons

      long working hours along with slow computer systems make it difficult and time consuming to produce decent CRM campaigns and to get accurate data.

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
