      - Strong PTO plan - Good Training at the onset

      Cons

      - Horrible pay for the industry - Lackluster Commission plan - Horrible career advancement - Polaris - Recruitment model is awful - Account Managers - pretty lackluster group and the good ones have left - Turning into a VMS Shop - Look at the amount of turnover in the past 1.5 years and the story is painted
