      My team leader and manager are super understanding; the networking is great; there are very good people that care for your professional growth; the benefits are interesting; the work is hybrid.

      Cons

      Nothing that major that needs to be disclosed , in my case. Every experience is unique.

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
