      great health care staff staff who go the extra mile staff treats clients like family

      Cons

      good old boy attitude within upper management, HR looks out for supervisors and managers and does not follow through with issues or complaints, if you rock the boat they will throw you out regardless how long you have been there

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
