Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Layoffs. Awful managers. Outsourcing work. US based employees working 15+ years laid off so they can pay people from other countries less money. Managers yell and swear at employees, HR does nothing. Systems do not work. Cards always declining. Customer service doesn’t have knowledge regarding the plans like they used to. Never get actual helpful answers or education like they prided themselves for in the past.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
