While the company will offer you the largest salary package in your field with the german-like benefits, they'll abuse you just as bad (or worse) as everyone they say they are not. My first day (and then several more trainings after) all they reviewed with us are that unions are bad, toxic, and actually horrible for the employees. Theyre lawyers really want you to know that. They fired the site director for being toxic. The food quality manager quit on the spot. As they hired me on, they hired the entire safety team as well (everyone quit) and replaced them with what they could find. That was fine until they fired my direct support and then fired me as soon as a found someone amazing to finally support me. During my time there, they preached work life balance. I was there from 6am to 4pm most days and then taking meetings at home until 7pm. Late night and weekend calls as managers cannot file an incident report or refuse to do so. You hold trainings, they do not attend. I remember asking my manager for support and they told me it was not their job. As for OSHA and the EPA, that doesn't exist to them. They want you to hold standard but they do not exist. They want people to be safe and trained well, that does not exist. As for the product itself, it's fine until it's in the moldy wet trucks. Don't do it. Oh and no offices, all bullpen except for HR and the director.
