Thank you for taking the time to share this response with us. It’s excellent to see that you enjoyed working with your teammates on the sales team. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of HelloFresh to our customers in Portland and we care a lot about your experience as part of the FreshFam. While driving to events to represent HelloFresh can be a requirement of the job, we have a travel reimbursement policy to cover travel expenses as well as providing the opportunity to sign up for to WageWorks, which may assist in covering the costs of your parking. Communicating change and why decisions are made, as well as consistency across our sales education materials is an area we are constantly striving to improve, and it is a key focus of leadership at HelloFresh so we can ensure that our Brand Ambassadors have the information they need to do their jobs well.
