Pros
Highmark genuinely cares about their employees. Leadership truly has an open door policy, making it possible to ask questions or voice concerns. They have an amazing benefits package, including generous PTO time and compensation.
Cons
The only con is the commute into Pittsburgh and the cost of parking in the city when that becomes necessary, which isn't often as a remote coder.
