      Pros

      It is still a growing company. One of the few places for programmers to work in Memphis, TN. It makes good use of technology and some very intelligent people work there.

      Cons

      Recent acquisition by a private equity firm has changed the company to the core. They seem interested in raw numbers and bottom lines. Morale is very low right now because of the acquisition and the current climate.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
