      Pros

      Great people, lots of opportunuties to learn and free (or very cheap) stays at many great hotels around the globe.

      Cons

      I was hired to do a customer service job and the whole selection process was towards finding service-oriented people. After a few months, we all had to start selling as well, I hated it because I wouldn't even have applied to a job that included sales.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
