Compensation, Benefits, Employee events, Cafeteria, Laundry Service, Most co-workers are helpful.
Cons
Not able to transfer to another property if employed as an " On Call" employee. Also,The staffmate system the use for posting shifts, if you're working at the time the shifts comes out, you're out of luck!! Most shifts are gone by the time you check your phone.
