      Hilton Worldwide has a great family/work life balance, and it tries hard to keep up the culture to make sure everyone feels valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      Hilton Worldwide's salary compensation is not competitive compared to other hotel companies. Also, you will typically work very long hours for budget season.
