Pros
Hilton is a great company to grow, there are basically unlimited options when it comes to positions and locations too. They have quite a good training scheme and will try to support in your growth. Since the employee turnover is insanely high, the promotions are coming quite quickly. The Elevator program is a great thing!
Cons
Everything depends on your manager. When the manager is good, they will make your life easier. When is incompetent they will make your life living hell. You have to fight for everything, but if you are able to do so, you might eventually get somewhere. Oh and of course, as almost everywhere else in the hospitality industry, the money is ridiculous.
