pretty solid. Good healthcare, discount at hotels is awesome. Each location is third-party managed except for a few larger properties. So, your experience will depend on which hospitality firm is managing that location.
Cons
PTO accrues slowly. Management depends on firm that owns your property. Medium to Small locations run on skeleton crews and disguise overworking as teamwork.
