Good culture and team environment - Business Development Manager HireRight Employee Review

The APAC team works as a close knit unit and there is a lot of sharing of information that helps a newbie and experienced person as well. The leadership should be given credit for cultivating this attitude and camaraderie within the teams. While the company is going through regular changes and updates to processes, the genea expectations from team are well managed and properly communicated. Overall this has been a better environment working in compared to my previous roles with no clear direction and wishy washy leadership. There is a general feeling of fairness and reasonable expectations in striking balance between achieving goals and working in an ethical manner with clients. This does automatically allow for staff to get a sense of ownership in their dialy duties and the focus on client-first is definitely good for company in long run.
