If you are interviewing for a role in Breast sales or marketing team, pay attention to the attrition factor. Both teams, especially the marketing team has lost so many talented people as the new leadership arrived. The new leaders lack long term vision, run the ship quarter to quarter, and do not empower their people. You simply don’t hear from the marketing leaders. It is just posturing in the emails, meetings and social media.
If you are interviewing, do some homework about the new leadership and your manager and their ability to assess talent and run a business. Get a good mentor. Ask the tough questions - how are your peers developing? What opportunities have been provided to them?
