Pros
Great mission to improve women's health; good company with decent facilities and cafeteria, which is shared with VCE next door. Good competitive strength.
Cons
My first impression was that I didn't hear much laughter. Isn't a friendly place at all, unless you're connected to Sales. Be prepared to make your own way finding friends or a network, etc. First-level management competency is an issue. Internal communications is lacking. Too many temps, who are treated like fifth-class citizens (can't use gym, aren't included in much). I see evidence of age discrimination.
