      Pros

      Amazing benefits, work life balance, managers are reasonable and competent, team members are good people who want to do a good job.

      Cons

      Work can come in waves sometimes, sometimes little to do for months and then suddenly you're rushing a bit. Pretty minor complaint though.

      they change my territory without any communication from where i lived to 5 hours north
