Pros
Friendly associates and management, and an open-door policy where you can talk to anyone, about anything or any problem you have. No red-tape. Great outlet for creative people who want to utilize their visual and creative skills in merchandising.
Cons
Dealing with irate customers, but that is a problem everywhere. Also trying to set up large, heavy, awkward home items such as rugs, furniture, etc.
